Mowing Bids
The City of
Maynardville is accepting sealed mowing bids, for up to a three year contract, until 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13th, 2025 Liability insurance limits must meet or exceed $500,000.00. Please call to pick up a bid package at City Hall and make an appointment to tour mowing sites. Bids must be submitted on provided bid sheet and must be filled completely to be considered. Any discrepancies, on the bid sheet, will result in automatic disqualification.

Police Department - Scams
The Maynardville Police Department will be joining forces with the Federal Trade Commission in the protection of the community against Scams as many of us are care givers of our loved ones we need to protect them from becoming victims of scams.

Customers Requesting New Service
Print and complete the 4-page New Customer Packet. In addition, we will either need a rental agreement or a warranty deed showing the names and the renters/owners. We will also need a copy of the front and back of your photo ID and anyone in the house over the age of 18. Then email the information we need. The non-refundable service fee for new customer accounts is $75.00. This fee can be paid with a credit card, check or money order. Once we have all the completed paperwork and the fee payment, service will begin with 24 hours.
